Payment Terms:

Shipping Policy:
We primarily ship our orders via UPS, unless otherwise specified. For truck freight shipments, we send them "freight collect," unless prepayment is specified. For prepaid shipments, freight charges will be added to the invoice. We will do our best to follow the shipping instructions accompanying each order.
Backorder Items:
If you wish to purchase pre-order items, please note that these items are currently not in stock. Payments made via ACH, credit card will be charged, and the orders will be shipped when the items become available.
Claims:
Please be aware that the customer bears the responsibility of submitting a claim to the carrier for any damages that may have occurred during transportation. Additionally, we cannot accept liability for any complications that may arise from restrictions or other factors specific to Amazon.
Return Policy:
Returns Unavailable After Shipment: Kindly be advised that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an item has been dispatched from our warehouse. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Cancellation Guidelines:
Should you desire to cancel an order after payment has been processed, please note that our return policy will be enforced, entailing a $50 cancellation fee.
